Own production
Timber-frame elements are manufactured in our own production facility – controlled, repeatable and aligned with the installation sequence.

61 multi-storey commercial units across two buildings – the largest GreenPlaces site delivered by MTM. Around 10,000 m² of usable floor area demonstrates the scalability of integrated timber engineering, own production and installation.

MTM has been active since 2017. Industrial and commercial construction is our core competence; residential and house construction forms the company’s second independent pillar.
Our in-house engineering office focuses on timber construction. Design, detailing and optimisation are coordinated directly with our own timber-frame production and installation teams. For concrete construction, specialist structural design and other disciplines, we appoint selected external engineers and consultants.
This links engineering, production and site delivery in one continuous organisation – from large commercial sites to demanding residential projects.
