GreenPlaces Martigny expands the modular commercial concept in Valais with 26 flexible, combinable units. The concept and brand belong to GreenPlaces.
MTM delivered the site as technical and execution partner. The scope included timber engineering, structural optimisation, execution detailing, production and assembly as well as coordination of the construction implementation.
The 26 units provide around 142 m² each and can be combined into larger spaces. The site was completed in 2026.
