GreenPlaces Bad Krozingen comprises 42 commercial units in three separately accessed buildings. The concept and brand belong to GreenPlaces.
MTM delivered the site as technical and construction partner. Timber engineering, structural optimisation, production and assembly were coordinated with the site-specific execution.
The modular units combine workshop, storage and office areas in a flexible system. Inside, the visible timber structure makes the serial construction method tangible in the completed building.
