Three homes. A demanding site. One clear overall responsibility.
The new building in Plasselb combines three generous owner-occupied apartments with a stepped design tailored to the sloping site. MTM was responsible for delivery as general contractor.
The building follows the terrain across three residential levels. Large areas of glazing open the living spaces towards the landscape, while generous terraces extend each home outdoors. Horizontal façade lines bring the stepped levels together as a calm whole.
MTM coordinated delivery from structure and envelope through building services and fit-out to the passenger lift, external works and handover. All apartments were sold in 2025.
