GreenPlaces Ecublens forms part of the flexible commercial-space concept for SMEs, trades, services and light production. The concept and brand belong to GreenPlaces.
MTM delivered the location as technical and construction partner. The scope included location-specific construction design, timber engineering, constructive optimisation, production and installation, as well as coordination of the build.
The standardised principle was adapted to the plot, access, logistics and project-specific requirements.
